Catherine Dixon

Catherine Dixon is regarded as an expert resource in mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance. Her relationship-based approach and deep functional knowledge give her a unique perspective with which to serve clients. To help CFOs succeed, she combines her expertise as an investment banker and CPA with her talent for clearly understanding needs and then connecting those needs with workable solutions. Her practical problem-solving skills help CIOs as they work through the critical steps of merger integrations and planning for other initiatives. Prior to joining The Intersect Group, Catherine spent 15 years at some of the country’s top industry brands, like ChoicePoint, Sun Trust Robinson Humphrey and Arthur Andersen, in a variety of roles, including mergers & acquisitions, strategic planning, business due diligence, and accounting. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Wake Forest University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. Catherine is married with three children and is involved with Holy Innocents’ Church, Habitat for Humanity and Westminster Schools.

 

 

Lynn Overall

Business Intelligence Consulting Practice Director

Lynn Overall is considered a jack of all industries within the business intelligence sector. His knack for understanding the business needs of his customers, no matter the industry, give him a vast knowledge base that is sought after by CIOs across the country.  To help businesses thrive, he combines his 25 years of expertise in information technology and delivers data warehousing and business intelligence to advise CIOs as they navigate the implementation of major IT and BI projects.

Prior to joining The Intersect Group, Lynn served major companies such as MicroStrategy Inc., Cap Gemini and Fujitsu Consulting Services in a variety of roles and industries including manufacturing, financial services, securities, healthcare, retail, education, government, military and mortgage lending.

Lynn holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University.  He is married with three children and enjoys surfing, surfboard design, golf and racquetball.

 

 

Andy Speer

Portals & Collaboration Consulting Practice Director

Andy Speer is a veteran IT professional with more than 18 years of consulting and technical leadership.  His extensive expertise in IT enterprise infrastructure design, Microsoft SharePoint design and deployment and consulting leadership, proves invaluable to clients seeking a hands-on consulting approach. As the Practice Director of The Intersect Group’s IT Collaboration Solutions Group, Andy helps organizations realize the business value of implementing collaboration and portal solutions. 

Prior to joining The Intersect Group, Andy worked for numerous consulting companies including Slalom Consulting, Corus 360, ThoughtBridge Consulting and RDA Corporation.  He served in numerous roles within these organizations including Senior Technical Delivery Manager, Managing Director of Collaboration Solutions, Consulting Manager, Senior Architect and Technical Lead.

Andy received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The Georgia Institute of Technology. He resides in Powder Springs, GA with his wife Vickie and their son Evan.
