Matt Frankel
Market Director - Atlanta

Matt is a rising star with more than six years of sector-specific staffing experience. At The Intersect Group, he is known for providing clients with strong ideas, fresh perspectives and highly qualified candidates. Matt has managed both the candidate and client sides of the company and understands how to effectively marry both. He offers a great perspective into what candidates want and what clients need. In his role, Matt successfully matches a client’s staffing resource needs with The Intersect Group’s top talent. 

Prior to joining the company, Matt worked as the Division Director for Robert Half International where he was a member of the President’s Club for two years. In addition, he brings strong entrepreneurial staffing experience, specializing in working with privately held companies. Matt received his Bachelor of Finance and Management degrees from Tulane University.  Since joining The Intersect Group in 2009, Matt has earned numerous awards and recognitions, including Rookie of the Year and the Legends award twice for top staffing sales in the company. Matt and his wife Amanda live in Brookhaven, Ga., with their children.

 


Shanell Adams
Market Director - Dallas

Shanell brings more than 15 years of experience and accomplishment to the Technology Consulting/Professional Services arena, including 10 years of leadership experience and a vast network of clients in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. 

Shanell’s career began at NCR where she sold Technical Services to accounts such as Wal Mart, Papa Johns and the Census Bureau. Subsequently, she was promoted to a role developing and running the channels to Dell and Nortel.  This success led to an extended tenure building and leading a Technology staffing team for Genesys Group in Dallas and later Analysts International. After leaving AIC, she focused primarily on the Consulting Services space and sold strategic solutions revolving around Business Intelligence, Portals and Collaboration, Mobility and Quality Assurance; value based solutions, both on and off shore. 

Shanell has a Bachelor’s Degree from Southern Methodist University She has 3 children.
