Wade Hughes, Partner—Atlanta Operations
Wade Hughes is the managing partner of The Intersect Group’s Atlanta operations. In this capacity, Wade
oversees the company’s Consulting and Staffing organizations, as well as the support operation, including business
development, marketing, finance and HR. In addition, Wade works closely with the other partners and the leadership
team to develop overall strategic direction for the firm.
Wade gained extensive consulting experience during his 12-year career as a consultant, manager and practice director
for Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, including large-scale project implementations. His areas of expertise include
process and systems improvement for accounting, billing, sales and customer service for large public companies. For
several years, he led a software company he founded, developing and implementing a revenue and customer management
system for niche industries. |

Scott Meyerhoff, Partner—Executive & Transaction Advisory
Scott Meyerhoff is one of the founding partners of The Intersect Group, with managerial responsibilities
for all F&A services within the Executive & Transaction Advisory solutions group. In addition, Scott leads business
planning, merger & acquisition, and C-level executive outsourcing engagements for clients.
Prior to joining The Intersect Group, Scott spent 16 years in consulting and executive capacities. He most recently
served as CFO at Infor Global Solutions, now a $1.8 billion software organization. While at Infor, Scott oversaw 11
acquisitions as the company grew from $200 million to more than $800 million in sales. Previously, Scott was CFO at
the Intercept Group, where he led this company’s IPO and sale, as well as directed several acquisitions. Scott was
also with Arthur Andersen in Atlanta, where he served as audit manager with a focus on technology and other high-growth
industries. |

Eddie Lanham, Partner—Consulting
Eddie Lanham is partner in charge of The Intersect Group’s Consulting services and has managerial responsibility
for the IT Optimization, Performance Improvement and Mobile Applications solutions groups.
Prior to joining The Intersect Group, Eddie accrued 20 years of consulting experience with E.I. Dupont de Nemours,
Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, Scient and Ariba. He has worked with clients ranging from start-up interactive
marketing firms to Fortune 100 companies. This wide range of experience is leveraged in Eddie’s role managing the diverse
team of consultants and solutions within The Intersect Group. Eddie is an Atlanta native and honors graduate of Georgia
Tech. He received his MBA from Kenan Flagler Business School at University of North Carolina. |

Keith Ordan, Partner—F&A Staffing
Keith Ordan is partner in charge of Intersect F&A Staffing services. He leads The Intersect Group’s efforts in recruitment
and delivery of highly qualified contingent and direct-hire Finance & Accounting professionals.
Keith has more than 15 years of sales and business management experience and over 10 years in F&A staffing senior
leadership roles. Keith has a proven ability to manage a team adept at understanding and meeting client needs. Most
recently, Keith was a regional vice president for a national finance and accounting recruiting firm where he was responsible
for leading nine offices on the East Coast and Texas. Previously Keith was employed as the regional vice president
for Robert Half International Inc. in the Carolinas, Georgia and Florida. Keith has a BA in economics/business from
Vanderbilt University. |

Jennifer Hauser, Chief Financial Officer
Jennifer Hauser serves as chief financial officer of The Intersect Group. In this role,
she oversees and directs all significant aspects of financial, accounting, risk management, human resources, and office operations.
Jennifer joined Intersect in March 2007 and has more than 20 years of experience in accounting and audit capacities. She has served as the accounting manager of a high-growth staffing company, and was the chief financial officer of a start-up financial institution. She also worked with Deloitte & Touche, serving as audit manager.
Ms. Hauser earned her degree from The University of Florida with a masters in accounting. |
