CEO
Joe Myers serves as Chief Executive Officer of The Intersect Group. He joined the firm in 2021, bringing nearly two decades of experience in IT and Finance & Accounting staffing.
Before joining the company, Joe served as COO of NSC Technologies, where he led major operational and expansion initiatives that strengthened delivery and performance. Earlier, he spent a decade at Insight Global, advancing through senior leadership roles while driving significant revenue and market growth.
As CEO, Joe is leading The Intersect Group’s next phase of growth by accelerating organic and strategic expansion, developing future leaders, and raising the bar on operational excellence. His focus is clear: build a disciplined, collaborative culture and position the firm as a trusted partner that delivers measurable business impact through people.
Michael Snyder
CFO
Michael Snyder serves as Chief Financial Officer of The Intersect Group, bringing more than 25 years of experience across finance, operations, sales, marketing, and technology services. He is a performance-focused leader known for combining financial discipline with operational execution and margin-driven decision-making.
Michael began his career at Arthur Andersen as an audit manager and went on to serve as CFO of Impact Innovations Group. He later spent five years as CEO of Synq Solutions, where he built strategic relationships with enterprise brands including AT&T, Starbucks, and JPMorgan Chase. He also served as CFO of Fabric.com, an Amazon subsidiary.
As CFO, Michael oversees financial strategy, performance management, and capital discipline, supporting scalable growth and long-term value creation for the firm.
Michael Hober
VP, Strategy & Operations
Michael Hober serves as Vice President of Strategy and Operations at The Intersect Group. He brings deep experience across recruiting, operations, and strategic execution, building systems and processes that support scalable growth and measurable client impact.
Before stepping into his current role, Michael held leadership positions at Insight Global, where he partnered with business leaders to align talent strategy with operational priorities and support growth at scale.
Michael holds an MBA from St. Bonaventure University and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. At The Intersect Group, his focus is on operational excellence, strategic planning, and strengthening internal capabilities that enable sustained growth and performance.
Adam Elliott
Regional VP, West
Adam Elliott serves as Regional Vice President (West) at The Intersect Group. He brings more than two decades of experience in staffing and talent solutions, building high-performing teams and driving revenue growth.
Adam has extensive experience supporting acquisition integration and scale. Prior to joining The Intersect Group, he served as Managing Director at ettain group, where he played a key role in integrating multiple acquisitions during an 18-month period of accelerated growth leading up to ettain group’s sale to ManpowerGroup, and subsequently supported ettain group’s integration following the sale. That work prepared him to lead complex integrations with speed, discipline, and consistency.
At The Intersect Group, Adam has applied that experience to lead the integration of the legacy VincentBenjamin business, establishing a strong foundation for continued growth.
Kolby Dean
VP of Organizational Development
Kolby Dean serves as VP of Organizational Development at The Intersect Group, where he leads the firm’s talent strategy, leadership development, and performance enablement.
Before stepping into his current role, Kolby held progressive leadership positions across recruiting and talent development, building programs that strengthened hiring quality, accelerated leader readiness, and improved retention. His background blends hands-on recruiting experience with a practical understanding of how culture, coaching, and accountability drive business outcomes.
At The Intersect Group, Kolby focuses on developing high-performing leaders and embedding talent practices that support long-term performance, ensuring the firm continues to scale while investing intentionally in its people.
Nicole Barker
VP, Accounting & Finance
Nicole Barker serves as Vice President of Accounting and Finance at The Intersect Group. She brings nearly two decades of experience across accounting, payroll, and financial operations, with deep expertise in scaling finance functions to support growth.
Nicole joined The Intersect Group in 2016 and advanced from Controller to her current role, playing a key role in strengthening financial discipline, improving reporting accuracy, and supporting the company’s evolution and expansion. Her background spans corporate accounting, payroll administration, and financial management roles across multiple industries.
In her current role, Nicole focuses on operational rigor, reliable financial reporting, and the development of strong accounting processes that enable informed decision-making and sustainable performance.
Andrew Plasker
Sr. Director, Business Technology Services
Andrew Plasker serves as Senior Director of Business Technology Systems at The Intersect Group, where he leads data, analytics, and business systems strategy to support growth and operational scale. He brings deep experience translating complex data into actionable insight that enables faster, better decision-making.
At The Intersect Group, Andrew led the design of the firm’s first enterprise data warehouse, integrating CRM, HRIS, and financial data to support acquisitions and strategic planning. He also modernized reporting by transitioning from legacy Excel-based outputs to real-time dashboards, improving data accessibility, accuracy, and speed.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrew spent nearly nine years at Insight Global in analytics leadership roles, partnering closely with executive teams on performance management, sales analytics, and market strategy.
In his current role, Andrew focuses on modernizing systems and enabling teams with trusted insights that drive clarity, accountability, and measurable business outcomes.
Karissa Phillips
Sr. Director, Marketing

Karissa Phillips serves as Senior Director of Marketing at The Intersect Group, where she leads brand strategy, messaging, and go-to-market enablement. She brings more than a decade of experience driving growth through brand clarity, strategic storytelling, and revenue-aligned marketing.
Prior to joining The Intersect Group, Karissa led marketing transformation and acquisition integration efforts within high-growth staffing and professional services organizations. As head of marketing at ettain group, she played a central role in integrating six acquisitions over a two-year period, supporting revenue growth from $184M to $728M. Her work unified multiple acquired brands under a single go-to-market strategy, aligned executive leadership and sales teams around a cohesive narrative, and modernized digital and sales enablement platforms to support scale.
Across roles, Karissa partners closely with executive leadership to operationalize change and position marketing as a disciplined driver of growth. Her experience blends strategic rigor, creative execution, and integration leadership to support complex organizations through periods of rapid scale.

Hayley Shulman serves as Director of Strategic Accounts at The Intersect Group, where she leads enterprise client relationships and drives long-term account growth across Technology and Finance & Accounting solutions. She brings a strong background in consultative sales and account strategy, with a focus on delivering measurable client value.

Throughout his career, Matt has partnered closely with executive teams, technology leaders, and business stakeholders to modernize data environments, improve visibility, and align analytics initiatives with business priorities. He is known for bridging strategy and execution, translating technical complexity into clarity and results.
