Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the vision and strategy for a segment of 7GT. This role will maintain a multi-product roadmap and drive alignment with key stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in globalizing technology solutions for international market entry and be responsible for defining and measuring KPIs to ensure successful implementation across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the vision, strategy, and multi-product roadmap for a segment of 7GT.
- Align strategies with leadership and key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Lead the implementation of the 7GT platform for international new market entries.
- Manage and guide teams through the execution process for product rollouts.
- Define, measure, and report KPIs for the segment to track success and improvements.
- Support the global adoption of 7-Eleven Inc.'s technology solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in program management, leading multi-product roadmaps, and international implementation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to align vision and strategy across teams.
- Experience managing KPIs and overseeing global technology deployments.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international setting.
