Job Title: Senior Network Architect

Overview: The Network Architect is responsible for designing and maintaining scalable, secure network systems, ensuring ongoing performance and stability across the company’s IT infrastructure. This role focuses on setting standards, creating designs, and collaborating with Network Engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight and governance for network technology and compliance.
• Establish, document, and communicate infrastructure architecture designs and standards.
• Manage and develop architecture for projects, working with application leaders.
• Monitor solutions portfolio to identify and resolve technology deficiencies.
• Ensure stable operation of enterprise network, planning, developing, and maintaining all network hardware and software.
• Conduct research and recommend network infrastructure improvements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship for the Network Services team.
• Serve as an escalation point for advanced troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in enterprise network design and support, data center environments, and technology solutions.
• Experience with Cisco Data Center, Nexus, VXLAN, ASR/ISR Routers, and Cloud computing (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Strong communication skills, able to translate technical solutions for various audiences.
• Preferred certifications: CCIE / CISSP, and experience with Zscaler products, Cisco ACI, and security infrastructure tools.
