IT Architect Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced IT Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our IT infrastructure and DevSecOps strategy. This hands-on role involves architecting and managing both data center and cloud solutions to ensure performance, security, and alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, security, operations, and expertise in cloud infrastructure and Windows systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, uptime, and security
- Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to integrate security practices across systems
- Manage and resolve incidents, ensuring rapid recovery and clear communication with teams and leadership
- Develop technology policies and ensure compliance with security standards and data protection protocols
- Lead systems administrators and technical staff on infrastructure projects and IT operations
- Conduct post-incident reviews and create strategies to prevent future issues
- Maintain technical documentation and provide training to IT staff
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 10+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure, particularly Microsoft and cloud environments
- Expertise in cloud platforms, especially Azure, and implementing best practices
- Strong background in software development and secure coding practices
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- DevOps and/or Microsoft certifications preferred
