We are seeking a motivated Data Analyst with 1-3 years of experience to help us turn large datasets into meaningful insights. In this role, you’ll analyze patterns, monitor platform usage, and provide actionable recommendations to support business objectives. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BigQuery is required, along with a passion for data-driven decision-making and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Work with large datasets to uncover trends and identify optimization opportunities.
- Platform Management: Monitor and manage a SQL and Python-driven data platform, observing usage and performance metrics.
- Insight Development: Generate insights that inform platform usage strategies across various teams.
- Communication: Translate data findings into business insights and present them effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Independently handle data analysis while partnering with teams to support their data needs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a primary resource for data-driven recommendations, presenting findings confidently in team meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, with strong SQL and Excel skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights in an accessible way.
- Experience in creating visual presentations for business insights.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of machine learning basics.
- Experience with platform management and user data analysis.
- Proficiency in BigQuery or similar data warehouse solutions.
