Senior Business Intelligence Analyst
A client is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to drive data insights and support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to analyze and interpret data, aligning BI initiatives with overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in BI and analytics, with the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide insights to inform decision-making.
- Develop and optimize dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Manage and enhance data warehouse performance, leveraging platforms such as Snowflake and SQL for complex querying, data modeling, and ETL processes.
- Provide in-depth analysis, data reconfiguration, and support for data-driven strategies, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Ensure BI initiatives comply with data privacy and security standards, including GDPR and CCPA.
- Contribute to the BI team by building a customer-focused approach and fostering strong cross-functional relationships.
Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of experience in BI and data analysis, including dashboard development and complex data visualizations.
- Proficiency with SQL, with advanced skills in querying, optimization, and data management.
- Strong expertise in Tableau (or similar visualization tool); experience with Snowflake or other RDBMS platforms preferred.
- Ability to communicate data insights effectively, with experience presenting to stakeholders across departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
