Director of FP&A
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead main business cycle processes, including budgeting, Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB), forecasting, long-range planning, and actualization.
- Collaborate with local finance teams to create and consolidate P&L, CAPEX, and Cashflow statements.
- Perform primary communication routines with the CEO and Board of Directors, delivering financial insights and strategic updates.
- Provide clarity to shareholders and influence the business's strategic direction.
- Manage the corporate budget, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop and execute key strategic analyses to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Support M&A activities, including due diligence, integration planning, and execution for acquisitions or divestitures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- Minimum of 2+ years of FP&A experience at the Director level, preferably within global FP&A departments.
- Proven experience in a large multinational organization.
- Strong communicator with a demonstrated ability to present financial insights effectively to stakeholders, including executive leadership and boards.
- Proficiency in Excel, with expertise in data modeling and financial analysis.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with a willingness to tackle challenges and work in the details.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) management.
- Global FP&A experience, with a track record of working across multiple geographies.
- Direct report management experience.
- Experience in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance initiatives.
