- Assist in the preparation of financial reporting critical for the successful commercialization of the business.
- Foster collaboration across functional groups to improve profitability and advance commercial terms.
- Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, ensuring a clear and concise message.
- Prepare, host, and lead presentations of analysis, securing alignment from cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to appropriate stage gates in internal processes by coordinating with stakeholders.
- Influence internal and external stakeholders to adopt best commercial practices.
- Establish and maintain relationships across departments to promote process adherence.
- Apply analytical thinking to the development of commercial proposals.
- Leverage systems such as Salesforce.com, Oracle, and pricing optimization software to gather data and support commercial proposals.
- Utilize and enhance financial models, including the development of ad-hoc models, to support business decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or Mathematics.
- 0-2 years of experience (backgrounds in audit, accounting, M&A, pricing, or FP&A preferred).
- Solid understanding of supply chain elements (warehouse knowledge is a plus, particularly in understanding costs within transactional pricing environments).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate deals, projects, and complex data.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, SUMIFS).
- Ability to effectively communicate financial insights and present to executive leadership.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring process adherence.
