- Assist in the preparation of financial reports critical for the successful commercialization of business initiatives.
- Foster collaboration across functional groups to enhance profitability and refine commercial terms.
- Prepare executive-level presentations that deliver clear and actionable insights.
- Host and lead analysis presentations, ensuring alignment and consensus from cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ensure internal processes adhere to appropriate stage gates and timelines.
- Influence internal and external stakeholders to adopt best commercial practices.
- Build and maintain relationships across various functions to enable process adherence and efficiency.
- Apply creative thinking in the development of commercial proposals and strategies.
- Leverage systems such as Salesforce.com, Oracle, and pricing optimization software to gather and analyze data for commercial proposals.
- Develop and utilize financial models, enhancing established models and creating ad-hoc models to drive informed business decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or Mathematics.
- 0-2 years of experience in roles such as audit, accounting, M&A, pricing, or FP&A (note: this is not a traditional FP&A role).
- Solid understanding of supply chain elements, particularly in a transactional pricing environment (warehouse experience is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate deals, projects, and present complex data effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and Macros.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SAP, Power BI, SQL, and Visio.
- Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools to support analysis and decision-making.
