Senior General Ledger (GL) Accountant
We are seeking a skilled Senior GL Accountant to join a dynamic team. This role requires expertise in full-cycle accounting, intercompany transactions, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced, and ready to take on a senior-level accounting position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform full-cycle GL accounting for multiple entities, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Manage intercompany transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Track and analyze construction costs, ensuring compliance with budgets.
- Assist with audits, financial analysis, and ad hoc projects.
- Support budgeting processes and ensure accurate tracking of expenses.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-cycle GL accounting experience in a senior-level position.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
- Solid understanding of balance sheets, income statements, margins, and markups.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s or CPA preferred).
- Experience with intercompany accounting or in the construction industry is a plus.
