Technical Support Analyst

We’re hiring Technical Support Analysts to play a key role in the deployment and support of a critical store system upgrade. You’ll provide remote backend support to on-site technicians—handling provisioning, decommissions, and installations—while also serving as the go-to technical resource throughout the refresh process. These roles require individuals with a strong IT foundation, a customer service mindset, and the ability to think quickly under pressure to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in real-time.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end backend technical support for in-store system conversions, including RIS 2.0 rollouts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues involving Windows systems, networking, and mobile device connectivity.
  • Support store refresh projects with remote coordination, ensuring successful closure and switchover within tight timeframes.
  • Communicate effectively with on-site technicians to guide installations and address real-time issues.
  • Ensure timely completion of daily store conversions, scaling support as needed to reach volume targets.

 
Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on technical support or help desk experience (education and certifications may count toward experience).
  • Proficiency with Windows operating systems and standard troubleshooting practices.
  • Strong networking fundamentals and ability to diagnose connectivity issues.
  • Prior experience in a technical support or help desk environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to guide non-technical users through troubleshooting steps.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems, retail technology is a plus.
