Senior Manager, Digital Products

We are partnering with a well-established, customer-centric organization in the retail and digital commerce space that is known for its innovation, collaborative culture, and commitment to delivering seamless experiences across digital platforms. As the Sr. Manager, Digital Products, you will lead the strategy and execution of key initiatives that enhance digital shopping experiences across web and mobile platforms. You’ll work cross-functionally with UX, engineering, analytics, and business teams to define customer-centric product goals, manage the digital product lifecycle, and drive measurable improvements. This high-visibility role requires a mix of strategic insight, hands-on execution, and strong communication to influence across the organization.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Define clear product outcomes and align stakeholders across engineering, design, and business teams.
  • Lead the development of user experience requirements and collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to bring concepts to life.
  • Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements for front-end and back-end engineering teams.
  • Manage scope, timelines, and priorities while maintaining focus on high-value outcomes.
  • Present product strategies and performance metrics to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Use analytics tools to monitor product success and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the work of cross-functional teams using agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.

 
Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product or program management, ideally with a focus on digital or eCommerce.
  • Strong experience working with cross-functional Scrum teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of building digital product roadmaps, writing requirements, and delivering complex programs.
  • Demonstrated experience with rewards or loyalty subscription programs.
  • Proficiency in using analytics to inform product decisions and measure impact.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize strategically, think critically, and manage large-scale initiatives with attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience); advanced degree a plus.
  • Retail industry experience is a strong plus.
