The Director of Finance is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing financial operations, profitability, and cost management. This role focuses on enhancing product profitability and supporting large-scale financial projects, including cost optimization and revenue management. With strong expertise in cost accounting, pricing strategies, and ERP systems, the Director of Finance will also manage a diverse product line, comprising over 2,000 items, while driving process improvements and achieving business objectives.

Key Qualifications:

– 8+ years in financial analysis, cost management, or revenue optimization, with 3-5 years in a leadership role

– Proven experience with large-scale, multi-SKU environments, including bill of materials and cost accounting

– Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) and financial modeling

– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred

– Experience in manufacturing, consumer goods, retail, or food & beverage industry is highly preferred
