Global Process Specialist

Overview:
Seeking an experienced Global Process Specialist to support Product Managers in managing New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and driving process improvements. This role includes process reporting, change management, and KPI alignment, requiring strong communication and project management skills. Up to 50% travel, including international travel, is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage NPI projects, ensuring alignment with objectives through the stage gate process.
• Lead process reporting, KPI analysis, and issue resolution.
• Implement change management processes and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Track and report global KPIs, progress, and project metrics.
• Develop and execute detailed plans with key milestones and deadlines.
• Utilize tools to report financial status, project progress, and resource needs.
• Oversee the stage gate process from end to end.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in product management, marketing, or process improvement, with 3+ years in project management.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with Clarity PPM and stage gate processes preferred.
• Experience in change management and process transformation.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Certifications such as Six Sigma, PMP, or CBAP are a plus.
