Daily Responsibilities
 
Can you walk me thru the Daily Responsibilities
 
  • Escalate complex issues to Level 2 or Higher IT support when necessary in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot and preform basic hardware and software related issues in the field 
  • Image and Configure PCs out of the box and follow up to provide support of end users upon receipt of PC
  • Monitor and Respond to hardware and software issues- document support interactions and resolutions
  • Provide Front-Line Technical Support to Home Office, Branches, and End users via phone, email, or in person – Mostly Printer Issues, Computer Issues, Phone Issues
Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills- clear communication skills
  • Microsoft O365 – excel, outlook, word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Basic Troubleshooting and PC Skills- can be green but need to have some experience with computers 
Preferred Qualifications  

  • 1+ year of experience in an IT Support Role
  • One or more IT Related Certs- CompTIA A+, MCDST, etc.
  • Associate’s or higher degree in computer science
   
Duration (if contract) 6 month Contract – potential to extend
Start Date ASAP
