The Intersect Group is in search of a Litigation Paralegal, to assist a Law Firm in Long Beach, CA. This is a great opportunity for a Paralegal experienced in Construction/Real Estate/Family law firm.
Responsibilities:
- Affidavit preparation
- Filing documents with the respective court system
- Drafting motions
- Communication via Phone, Email, and In Person
- Preparing Court Exhibits
Experience and Required Skills
- Computer Literacy: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
- Applicants must be able to multitask and to interact well with a diverse clientele
- Applicants must be able to multitask and to interact well with a diverse clientele
- Applicants must be able to manage caseloads with a large degree of independence
- One year experience as a Litigation Paralegal required
- Associates Degree or higher in Paralegal Studies, or Certificate of Completion in Paralegal Studies
