Marketing Finance Manager
Position: Marketing Finance Manager
The Marketing Finance Manager will serve as a key strategic partner to the Marketing teams, providing financial portfolio support. Responsibilities include supporting the innovation pipeline with financial models and launch performance tracking, leading finance processes such as forecasting and reporting, and partnering closely on annual and long-term financial planning, budgeting, and spend analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
– Innovation & Financial Models:Support new product launches with financial models, tracking performance from feasibility through commercialization.
– Forecasting & Reporting: Lead forecasting, reporting, and tracking of marketing spend, risks, and opportunities.
– Financial Planning:Partner with marketing teams on long-term financial planning, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting.
– P&L Analysis: Analyze business results through P&L, variance analysis, and communicate findings to guide decision-making.
– Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across R&D, marketing, and sales to build P&Ls for new product innovation.
– Budget Management: Oversee monthly marketing spend, track performance across channels, and manage updates to forecasts.
Qualifications:
– 7+ years of finance and accounting experience in a CPG, manufacturing, or sales environment.
– Proven experience with financial modeling, especially for product innovation.
– Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP and financial reporting systems like Hyperion/SmartView preferred.
– Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
This position offers a hybrid work environment, with 3 days in the office each week.
