Product Operations Analyst – Digital Product Optimization
 
We are seeking a Product Operations Analyst who will play a critical role in enhancing business and customer outcomes through the deployment and optimization of configurable technology features. This role serves as a key link between cross-functional teams, utilizing business insights and data analytics to inform strategic decisions. You will actively collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of technology solutions that address specific business challenges. Additionally, you will design experiments, analyze performance, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize customer-facing functionality.
 
Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Product Operations, Business Analysis, or similar role.
  • Strong background in web analytics tools and data analysis for digital products.
  • Familiarity with online user experience, web marketing, and e-commerce best practices.
  • Proven consulting and advisory skills with the ability to align internal/external stakeholders on business objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize insights, present findings, and make recommendations to leadership.
  • Experience managing organizational change and facilitating workshops or stakeholder meetings.
  • Ability to understand and translate technical concepts into business solutions.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
