About the Role:
We are seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join a dynamic finance team, supporting the company’s continued growth and strategic initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with leadership at various levels, providing key financial insights, driving forecasting processes, and optimizing reporting strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a standardized reporting and forecasting framework for leadership.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, generate insights, and recommend strategic actions.
- Create data-driven visualizations to effectively communicate key business drivers to stakeholders.
- Design and implement end-to-end reporting solutions, including defining KPIs and streamlining reporting processes.
- Lead meetings and presentations to share financial insights and business recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and develop optimization strategies.
- Support the development of the annual budget and contribute to long-term financial planning.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Finance, Business Analysis, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in managing large datasets, with the ability to extract and aggregate financial data effectively.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills—able to translate complex financial insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and engage in both technical discussions (databases, queries) and high-level business strategy.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
- Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and data visualization techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
