Senior Human Resources Consultant – Compensation Manager
 
We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Consultant – Compensation Manager to lead and contribute to key Human Resources programs and initiatives within the organization. This role will require you to partner closely with management to implement Human Resources policies, drive organizational change, and provide strategic guidance on compensation, workforce planning, and employee development. As a key player in the Human Resources function, you will have a direct impact on shaping the company’s human capital strategy and fostering a positive organizational culture.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of the Human Resources roadmap and initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Collaborate in the development and execution of the IT HR Strategic Roadmap plans, supporting organizational goals.
  • Coach employees at all levels to build leadership, managerial, and team capabilities from both tactical and long-term perspectives.
  • Conduct thorough investigations with urgency, ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
  • Identify training solutions to support cultural change and align workforce skills with business needs.
  • Advise clients on organizational decisions related to employee relations, retention, compensation, staffing, and terminations.
  • Interpret and enforce Human Resource policies while advocating for necessary changes to optimize organizational performance.
  • Facilitate problem-solving sessions and contribute to complex team objectives, strengthening performance management practices.

 
Key Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of Human Resources generalist experience, with a strong focus on compensation management and organizational development.
  • A four-year degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in at least five key Human Resources areas, including change leadership, organizational design, leadership development, talent management, compensation, employee relations, and investigations.
  • Proven ability to build and lead effective teams, resolve conflicts, and foster collaboration across departments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consulting skills with the ability to influence and guide leaders at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, practices, and systems, and experience contributing to the development of new concepts and methods.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic and tactical mindset.

 
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate coursework in Human Resources or a related field.
  • SPHR certification strongly preferred, with a deep level of expertise in Human Resources practices.
