Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee internal financial reporting for monthly and quarterly close cycles, from initial analysis through executive reporting.

  • Manage the forecasting and budgeting process for corporate cost centers, leveraging Oracle EPM and SmartView for analysis and reporting.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders including Treasury, Tax, FP&A, and Controllership to deliver financial insights and support business decision-making.
  • Analyze key trends, balance sheet fluctuations, and foreign exchange impacts to enhance reporting accuracy and business context.
  • Lead, coach, and develop two team members based in the Global Business Services Center.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA designation strongly preferred.
  • 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including internal reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Proven experience in public accounting and a strong understanding of US GAAP.
  • Proficiency in Oracle EPM and SmartView is essential.
  • Previous management experience, including leading and developing direct reports.
  • Ability to interpret and synthesize complex financial data for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership presence and communication skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
