Job Description: Senior Programmer Analyst
We are seeking a Senior Programmer Analyst with a proactive and self-sufficient mindset to design, develop, and manage system integrations and web-based applications. Role Summary
The Senior Programmer Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining technical interfaces, supporting web applications, and optimizing database functionality. This role requires strong experience in SQL, API development, system integrations, and web development. The ideal candidate has a strong problem-solving mindset, excellent time management skills, and the ability to drive projects forward independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage technical interfaces between internal and external systems.
- Develop and support web-based applications related to Utility Billing projects.
- Create and maintain technical documentation to ensure system maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system integrations with business needs.
- Optimize database development using SQL, PL/SQL, and SQL Server Management Studio.
- Implement and support API development, system integrations, and middleware solutions (REST, SOAP, GraphQL).
- Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of applications and integrations.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in systems application analysis, programming, and technical documentation.
- 5+ years of experience in developing and supporting web-based applications.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL Server Management Studio, T-SQL, and SQL development.
- Strong experience in web development using C#, ASP.Net, Angular, Node.js, XML, JSON.
- Proficiency in BASH/Linux scripting.
- Experience in API development, system integrations, and middleware solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional time management and prioritization abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Python programming experience.
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Familiarity with continuous integration and DevOps methodologies.
