Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing projects within the life insurance and annuity platform space. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of industry processes and standards, as well as expertise in implementing projects related to policy administration, order entry, and wealth management. This role requires a hands-on project manager who can plan, execute, and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects related to life insurance and annuity platforms, ensuring successful implementation.
- Develop and execute project plans, roadmaps, and tactical strategies to achieve project goals.
- Manage and reduce project pain points, ensuring seamless delivery and execution.
- Work on proof-of-concept planning and execution to validate project objectives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Experience with Firelight/Hexure or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of life insurance and annuity processes, including policy administration and wealth management.
- Understanding of financial services industry standards such as ACORD and DTCC.
- Proven project management experience, including planning, implementation, and roadmap creation.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- FINRA licenses (Series 6, 25, 63, etc.) are a bonus.
