Job Title: Tech Support Specialist
Overview: We are seeking a Tech Support Specialist to provide technical support for hardware, software, and network systems. You will troubleshoot issues using remote tools, manage multiple support requests, and ensure smooth system operation by working closely with field teams and other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support for network systems and software.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
- Assist with installation and configuration of equipment and software.
- Manage and prioritize multiple service requests.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to the support knowledge base.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Computer Networking or 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of network hardware and PC architecture.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with remote troubleshooting tools and cloud-based systems.
- Knowledge of legacy network systems and non-standard equipment.
